 Family:  Gobiesocidae (Clingfishes and singleslits), subfamily: Gobiesocinae
 Max. size:  8 cm TL (male/unsexed)
 Environment:  demersal
 Distribution:  Western Atlantic: Belize to Brazil.
 Diagnosis:  Very similar to skilletfish. Lobe-like papillae on central margin of upper lip; about 12 dark lines radiate from eye (Ref. 26938).
 Biology:
