 Max. size:  8.8 cm SL (male/unsexed)
 Environment:  benthopelagic
 Distribution:  Africa: Lake George.
 Diagnosis:   
 Biology:  Found only over the marginal rocky area of Kashaka Bay (Ref. 4983). The stomachs of a small number of specimens which were examined contained both larval and emergent insects (Ref. 558).
 IUCN Red List Status: Vulnerable (D2) (Ref. 96402)
 Threat to humans:  harmless
