 Environment:  bathypelagic; depth range - 3000 m
 Distribution:  Eastern Atlantic: known only from a specimen caught off Sierra Leone.
 Diagnosis:   
 Biology:  The specimen examined contained shrimps in its stomach (Ref. 34506).
 IUCN Red List Status: Data deficient  (Ref. 96402)
