 Max. size:  54 cm TL (male/unsexed)
 Environment:  bathydemersal; depth range 900 - 2191 m
 Distribution:  Eastern Atlantic: One specimen from southwest Ireland and one (type) from Bay of Biscay. Known off Senegal, Mauritania and south of the Canary Islands.
