Differs from other congeners by rhombic shape of caudal fin in adult males (vs. round or lanceolate with filaments) (Ref. 93137). |
Occurs in blackwater swamp area with pH 5.25, conductivity 7 µS/cm, and water temperature 26.8 °C (Ref. 93137). |
