 Family:  Gobiidae (Gobies), subfamily: Gobionellinae
 Max. size:  7 cm TL (male/unsexed)
 Environment:  demersal
 Distribution:  Eastern Pacific: Morro Bay in central California, USA to the Gulf of California.
 Diagnosis:   
 Biology:  Found in mud flats of lagoons and river mouths. Sometimes occurs in worm or shrimp burrows. Oviparous (Ref. 56079). Males guard the eggs which are found attached to the walls of burrows (Ref. 56079).
