 Max. size:  2.6 cm NG (male/unsexed)
 Environment:  reef-associated; depth range - 200 m
 Distribution:  Pacific Ocean: Guam, Tonga and the Hawaiian Islands.
 Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 6-7; Dorsal soft rays (total): 7-7; Anal spines: 1-1; Anal soft rays: 7-7. Single scale on the cheek.
 Biology:  Benthic (Ref. 58302).
 IUCN Red List Status:   (Ref. 96402)
 Threat to humans:  harmless
