Description: Characterized by brown color of male with irregular bluish bars on side and yellowish margin on brown dorsal and caudal fins; female brown color grading to whitish ventrally with bright red caudal fin; anterior lateral scales 28-34; predorsal scales 12-17; depth of body 24.4-27.6 % of SL (Ref. 90102). |
Found in rock and coral reefs exposed to wave action in 1-9 m (Ref 90102). |
