Definition of Term

dehydrated fish
(english) Originally used for fish that had been dried under controlled conditions to a predetermined moisture content as opposed to fish that had been dried by exposure to natural climate conditions or by use of mechanical drying equipment. Often used synonymous with dried fish. (See also: Dried fish)
