Vertebrae: 42 - 43. Body pale, stomach partly pigmented; cardiac region dark, blackish brown. Coronal pore present. Gill opening insertion low, its dorsal end on horizontal with mid-suborbital space. Gill rakers unmodified. Pyloric caeca padlike, pale like the pyloric region (Ref. 43481).
