Short description
Morphology | Morphometrics
Body with 2 dark saddles, at dorsal origin and under adipose; rest of the body with irregular spots and blotches. Neural spines distally expanded, forming a row of low bumps between dorsal and adipose (distinct in larger specimens only). Anal origin under adipose origin (Ref. 43281).
Inhabits swift, flowing streams.
