Dorsal spines (total): 15; Dorsal soft rays (total): 8; Anal spines: 3; Anal soft rays: 5; Vertebrae: 28. Tubular scales in lateral line16-20. Spines on the lateral surface of the lacrimale absent. Spines on the lateral surface of the first suborbital bone absent. Second dorsal spine greatly elongated (Ref. 41496).
