| Remarks | Melanocharacidium nigrum Buckup, 1993 and Microcharacidium weitzmani Buckup, 1993 (Crenuchidae) are valid species occurring in South America. Both accounts were correctly included in the original manuscript of this book chapter but was somehow lost in the editorial process (Buckup, pers. comm. 28/08/03). |
